Updated: Additional language support

UPDATE:
I've done an in-place update to WBFS Manager 2.2.2 which makes the changes listed below. You don't need to update to 2.2.2 from 2.2.1 if you don't plan on using the multilingual support (or if you're using French and Spanish translations). This update is mainly intended for addition of languages in the future through the release of "language packs". Languages in the works include Chinese and Polish.
Changes (2.2.2):
-Improved multilingual support (can now add more languages

    Wonderful Application

    Quick Question - I wasn't sure whether or not I accidentally erased a listed game on my WBFS drive. Does WBFSManager ask for confirmation before deleting a game? If not - could you please add a confirmation dialog for those trigger unhappy moments.
